The services that we provide in connection with factory relocation services include:
- Disassembly of machines and production lines together with disconnection of all media. The disassembly service includes taking over the machines and production lines and listing technical assumptions about them and defects from the handover protocol.
- Preparation of technical and photographic documentation. All works are recorded on special disconnection lists, which the client has access to.
- Specialized packaging of machinery for road transport in Poland and Europe (normal and abnormal), by sea, and by air in Europe and selected countries of the world. As part of a comprehensive packaging service, we offer the production of crates, pallets, and transport packaging with their protection.
- Loading of machinery, equipment, and production lines from the factory for safe transport to the new location. Loading is carried out with the use of specialized equipment selected for the load: transport rollers, pneumatic cushions, forklifts, or cranes.
- Road, sea, and air transport. The road transport service includes the transport of machines with standard vehicles with a load capacity of up to 24 tonnes, as well as oversized vehicles, which we select depending on the size and type of cargo transported.
- Unloading at the destination. We provide specialized equipment that enables safe unloading – cranes, forklifts, overhead cranes, and others.
- Installation of machines and production lines in accordance with the layout, based on the documentation prepared during disassembly. If the disassembly has not taken place, we work on the documentation provided by the client, observing all technological rules.
- Bringing and connecting utilities at the destination.
- Start-up of machines and production lines.
- Provision of mechanical services, such as mechanical installation of process lines using mobile electric-powered hydraulic cranes.
